Our team continues to deliver on construction services for a growing diverse project portfolio across Australia. We're also currently doing the groundwork for projects in the Middle East and Asia.
Our portfolio includes fit-outs, reburbishments, new builds, civil works and sustainable environments across a wide range of industries, including retail, commercial, industrial, aged care, health, education, residential, as well as infrastructure and renewables.
We work on contracted construction projects for enterprise and government, joint venture partnerships, as well as our own property development asset and venture portfolio.

Project: Platypus
Significant development (QLD)
it's game on!
By far, our boldest joint venture yet, Project:Platypus is on the move. With extensive activities being planned for Q1 2024, Platypus+ is an ambitious project that'll be like a suburb within a suburb. From a now vacant patch of land, the scape will soon transform to a busy construction site, divided into sections all working in sync., and commencing with significant civil and earthworks.
The development will comprise of a residential subdivision, townhouse development, commercial and retail, retirement lifestyle village, hotel offering accommodation, functions, restaurants and bar, and a solar farm that will generate enough power to supply the entire development as well as the much of that required for the nearing major township.
Significant international attention will be paid to this development with the production and airing of a reality series attached to the development project. Stay tuned for details to come.
Brady & Partners Construction Group is leading this project with JV partnerships in place with various project scopes. Brady & Partners will provide complete construction management, including program, project and site management, as well as much of the procurement, trades management, and project marketing services.
